HERD is a social enterprise that provides Equine-Assisted Intervention in Singapore to enhance the psychosocial wellbeing of groups and individuals. Our programmes are 100% ground-based (non-riding), involve direct interactions with horses, and are suitable for children, youths, adults, and seniors.
Our equine-partners and experienced Practitioners provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning space for individuals and families/groups who are looking for a unique and proven approach to personal growth, mental health support and the enhancement of life skills.

HERD strongly believes in the healing qualities of horses, as well as the innumerable benefits of human-animal interaction. In our practice, we see our clients as naturally resourceful, creative and whole. We also believe that we can develop much deeper bonds with our equine-partners by training them with insight and kindness.
Our team of trained Practitioners aspire to provide opportunities for more persons in Singapore to have meaningful interactions with retired and/or aged horses, while empowering individuals to live more fulfilling and enriching lives.
