Herforce Afghanistan

The HerForce Afghanistan project is an innovative initiative designed to empower Afghan women by providing them with remote training and workshops in the field of technology, with a specific focus on the Salesforce platform. The name "HerForce" is a fusion of "Her," symbolizing the female or Afghan women, and "Force," inspired by the impactful Salesforce platform. This project aims to uplift women in Afghanistan by offering them opportunities for skill development, networking, and economic independence. The primary objectives of HerForce Afghanistan are as follows: Empowerment Through Technology: Provide Afghan women with comprehensive training and workshops, enabling them to gain proficiency in technology, with a particular emphasis on the Salesforce platform. Community and Ecosystem Connection: Establish a supportive community and ecosystem where women can interact, collaborate, and further their knowledge and skills in the technology field. Economic Empowerment: Enable women to work remotely, either as employees or freelancers, thereby creating an additional source of income within their households. Impact on SDGs: Directly contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by focusing on SDG 1 (Zero Poverty) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality). By providing economic opportunities to women, we aim to reduce poverty and improve gender equality in Afghanistan. Mitigating Social Issues: Address the pressing issues of forced marriage and suicide among Afghan women by offering them the chance to build careers and economic stability through remote work.
