Heritage Leaders

Formed in 2014, HERITAGE LEADERS exists in response to research by Dr Robert Clinton of Fuller Seminary, which revealed less than 3 out of 10 leaders finish well. The other 70% compromise their influence mainly due to flawed character formation. They came unstuck not due to issues of competence, though competence is important, rather by deficiencies of the inner-life. In focusing his research then on the 30%, Clinton discovered a consistent set of traits and practices that characterise those who do lead and finish well! HERITAGE LEADERS utilises these discoveries to genuinely accelerate the formation of leaders and teams. Well-shaped leaders and teams function with clarity, alignment and resilience. Their lives are marked by relationships that work. They lead with a sense of destiny and hope. Well-formed leaders and teams make meaningful and lasting contributions across multiple life domains. Our training, retreat, consulting and mentoring programs combine these discoveries with emerging expertise in neuroscience, interpersonal intelligence and change management to offer a unique approach to leader and team formation.
