Founded by partners David Herman and Todd Strackbein, Herman ▪ Strackbein Construction, Inc. (HSC) offers over 40 years of combined Construction Management experience. HSC provides all aspects of Construction Services starting from inception including design coordination and managing all phases of construction. Both David and Todd began their careers in 1987 developing a diverse expertise in all areas of construction. Prior to founding HSC, David and Todd played a key role in overseeing more than $600 million in landmark projects throughout Florida for the largest privately held construction firm in the State. During this 10 year period, they were involved with virtually every type of construction as Naples topped charts as one of the fastest growing communities in the country. This sudden growth resulted in a flood of commercial, residential, educational, government, medical, mixed-use, restaurant, retail, senior living, hospitality, and luxury condominium projects.
