In 2008, HERMES SoftLab and all of its subsidiaries were acquired by Comtrade Group, an established international IT provider with headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia. All companies previously operating under the HERMES brand are still operational as of 2013, while most of the physical assets and intellectual property were transferred to the new business system and are still being used in practice. Comtrade also took over nearly all active accounts at the time of acquisition, continuing and expanding collaboration with many of HERMES’ customers and technology partners.
