Company profile. History : Herning Pengeskabsfabrik A/S was founded in 1922 by Frederik Hansen. The production of safes has in the period from 2001-2004 been placed in Lithuania, Poland and Turkey. But today both production and ownership are back in Herning. Ownership consist : - Kennet Rand – www.fleximetal.dk - Morten Gadegaard – www.herning-laasseservice.dk - Jef Jefsen – Manager Through a solid competence in development as well as production of safes, the company can state a steady increase. Both in numbers of costumers, product development and assortment. Standard products makes an essential part of the production, but in addition to this, flexibility is the key-word in our daily business. Safes made after special measures or made out of drawings from customers, are shipped every week. Calendar : - August 1st 1922 – Founded by Frederik P. Hansen - April 1st 2001 – Herning Pengeskabsfabrik A/S sold to Jb Contracters, Aalborg. - June 30 2004 – Herning Pengeskabsfabrik A/S sold to Morten Gadegaard, Herning and Kennet Rand, Vildbjerg - August 1st 2006 – Jef Jefsen entry the ownership. - August 1st 2007 – 85 years jubilee. Market : Securing products are sold to : Defence Command Denmark Private users. Agents e.g. : - Locksmiths, including private labelled safes to The Danish Locksmith association. - Alarm companies. - Security firms. Future : Present growth in turnover and earning, will be seeked increased by buying products in relation to existing products as well as customers needs and potential.
