The acquisition combines Eaton and Cooper into a new, premier global power management company named Eaton Corporation plc. HERNIS was bought by Cooper Industries January 2011, and we are now part of Eaton's Crouse-Hinds business. Head office in Arendal city - Norway, with a large network of agents around the world.
