Built by clinicians with 30+ years of experience, the platform captures in-the-moment feedback directly from patients and families—turning frontline appreciation into actionable workforce insights. Why Now: Home healthcare is facing a retention crisis, with burnout and turnover costing billions annually. Verbal praise is often lost. Heroes at Work makes that praise visible, measurable, and impactful—boosting morale, reducing attrition, and improving care quality. Traction: We tested the platform directly with clinicians in the field and validated that patients are willing and eager to provide feedback—often within minutes of scanning a QR code. This early pilot confirmed a major gap: while satisfaction surveys focus on compliance, patients don’t currently have an easy or meaningful way to recognize great care.
