La società Herrblitz ha iniziato la sua attività di produzione di alimentatori pneumatici ed asservimenti per presse nel 1971, dopo un’esperienza ventennale nella costruzione di stampi per lamiera. Tale esperienza lavorativa con il relativo utilizzo di diverse tipologie di accessori per le presse, ci ha permesso di studiare e realizzare dei prodotti che potessero soddisfare le più svariate esigenze dello stampaggio. Herrblitz Modular System is a well-established company leader in developing new technologies for the feeding of any kind of material. Before we began producing air feeders in 1970, we had been manufacturing dies for 25 years. The technical experience in metalworking acquired during this period, combined with high precision modern technology allow us to offer a very high quality range of products.
We manufacture:
- more than 120 standard models of pneumatic feeders for any kind of material (rubber, plastic, paper etc.) and any shape (cables, wires, tubes, and profiles);
- non motorized straightening devices for strips, wires and tubes;
- motorized straightening units for strips;
- scrap cutters;
- feeding units for thin and delicate or narrow strips, wires and flexible cables and shaped clamps;
- motorized and unmotorised reels;
- air operated part conveyors;
- custom made application.
