Herrick Creek Distillery

Herrick Creek is a craft distillery based in Christchurch, New Zealand, dedicated to creating high-quality, handcrafted spirits that showcase the unique flavours of New Zealand. Our spirits are made using locally sourced ingredients, such as malted grains from Gladfield Malt and unmalted corn from the North Island. We use traditional techniques and our custom-made copper pot still, Eddie, to produce small batches of moonshine, gin, and whiskey, with a focus on transparency and quality. We are proud to have won awards at the New Zealand Spirits Awards for our Nine Fathoms Gin, Maple Moonshine, and Smokin' Right Rear Cinnamon, and we are excited to continue expanding our lineup with new flavours and products.
