We Care, We Share, We Connect - This was the start of a community where your story will serve as an inspiration for others. Founded in early 2021 in Sydney, Herself Together is a non-profit organization that aims to empower professional women with Chinese cultural backgrounds along their career journey. At Hers., you can receive advice from peers and mentors on how to plan your career, how to tackle hierarchy in workplaces, or how to achieve work-life balance. You can also share your thoughts about a worth-reading book, a back to Uni plan, your up-skilling strategies, or could even be an atomic habit you have maintained to date. No matter it is work-related or non-work-related, inspiring or frustrating, happy or sad, we would love to hear your stories.
