Her Voice Foundation

Her Voice Foundation is a non-profit foundation that acts as a liaison to provide victim / survivor advocacy services for female victims of violent crime across the United States. We are committed to assisting victims and survivors of domestic & dating violence, sex crimes, hate crimes, assault & battery and all other violent crimes against women. The primary goal of our program is to make support and direction possible for those women in need. Surviving a crime is the first of many feats a victim will contend with. They will then need to survive the months and years following the crime. They often times are struggling to cope with terror, grief, anger, confusion, depression and even guilt. On top of the emotional and mental trauma they are coping with they now must also navigate the legal system. Many do not know the first step to take and where to turn when attempting to seek justice through our legal system — that is where we come in. Our hope and desire is to not create new systems, or to work parallel to our law enforcement community and existing organizations, but to establish and cultivate relationships where we can work together towards a mutual goal that gives victims the ability to NOT be classified as a victim, but instead, a SURVIVOR, that goes on to live a strong and empowered life.
