Podjetje Herz d.o.o. je nastalo z združitvijo dveh uspešnih podjetij – Unitas in Kovina, ki imata dolgoletne izkušnje v kovinsko predelovalni industriji.
Podjetje UNITAS ARMATURE je bilo ustanovljeno leta 1933. Od takrat naprej se je z novimi investicijami in novo tehnologijo dvigovala raven kakovosti sanitarnih armatur UNITAS.
Podjetje KOVINA je bilo ustanovljeno leta 1951. Izdelki blagovne znamke KOVINA podjetja HERZ so plod lastnega razvoja in tehnologije, za katero veljajo evropski standardi, ki definirajo uporabnost in metode preizkušanja.
Podjetje je član mednarodne skupine Herz, s sedežen na Dunaju. Preko korporacije Herz so naši proizvodi prisotni v 75-ih državah sveta. Poleg Slovenije so naši glavni trgi Avstrija, Nemčija in vse države nekdanje Jugoslavije.

Company Herz d.o.o. was formed by merging of two successful Slovenian companies – Unitas and Kovina, who have many years of experience in the metal processing industry.
UNITAS ARMATURE was founded in 1933. Since then, the level of quality of sanitary fittings UNITAS has been raised with new investments and new technology.
KOVINA was founded in 1951. Products under KOVINA brand name by HERZ are the result of our own development and technology, which are subject to European standards that define usability and test methods.
The new merged company is a member of the international group Herz, based in Vienna. Through Herz Corporation our products are present in 75 countries worldwide, while in addition to Slovenia our main markets remain Austria, Germany and all the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
