HES Energy Systems Pte. Ltd (HES/H3 Dynamics) designs the world's lightest battery alternatives using a combination of battery hybrid aerospace-grade fuel cells, and high energy density chemical or gaseous fuels. The company provides power autonomy to electric aircraft, from small unmanned drones to passenger aircraft. HES was started in 2009 in Singapore, and has since built a global client base that includes tier-one UAV manufacturers, defense contractors, and world-leading aerospace institutions. It currently has engineering capabilities deployed in the US. In 2015 HES was acquired by H3 Dynamics Holdings, a Singapore Group of companies that is working on full automation of BVLOS and LOS commercial and security drone operations, linking energy supply to data communications, remote mission planning and data analytics.
