Our family based company develops among others customized chain cases, chain guards, motor covers for e-bikes, mud guards and dress guards. Each and every piece is an essential component for a bicycle when safety, appearance and design is concerned. That’s the reason we take our business seriously. Besides dress guards, chain cases and chain guards Hesling offers a variety of other bicycle accessories like cable clips, mounting clips, SQU’EASYLOCK mounting system, cable profile, handle covers, crank covers, cable covers etc.
Hesling Plastics has years of experience with injection molding, initially specifically for the bicycle sector, but gradually we have broadened our horizons. Innovation and problem-solving thinking are our core values. Thanks to our years of expertise and our own product development, we can make a difference. In addition to the injection molding process, we have a wide range of processing techniques in-house, so that we can take care of the entire process.
