HEXACODE Solutions differentiates itself in the asset management field with a real-time Asset Information Management System (AIMS/APM) designed for critical applications (Utilities, hospitals, airports, research and data centers, transportation infrastructures...). The technology supports an advanced Condition Assessment, Asset Health Index, and predictive methodology at the component level, that provides accurate data for OPEX and CAPEX optimization. It is complementary to EAM and Asset Investment Planning tools. Our AIMS is supported by an integration platform, where real-time is in milliseconds. The platform is highly scalable (25M+ assets and components per server) and can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud. It integrates complex degradation mechanisms and calculates statistics by asset model at specific dates and times. The AIMS provides visualization using Google or Leaflets Maps and enables the continuum of engineering, construction, and operations with its Digital Twin capabilities (BIM 7D).
