Une population croissante impliquant une production alimentaire toujours plus élevée ainsi que des terres fertiles limitées en constante diminution nécessitent des solutions imminentes. Certains observent la situation avec plus ou moins d'optimisme ou de pessimisme, nous avons choisi d'agir !
Hexafed a pour objectif de combiner production de protéines de haute qualité, préservation des ressources et revalorisation des déchets alimentaires grâce à la production d'insectes destinés à l'alimentation animale comme humaine.
Ces super êtres à six pattes peuvent en effet être cultivés tout autour du globe, en dehors des terres agricoles, permettant des circuits courts et durables. Ils font ainsi partie intégrante des solutions aux défis environnementaux et sociaux de demain.
