The project envisages to setting up an automatic clay brick manufacturing project under the name and style of Hexagon Technologies Limited at Uttar Guakhola, Bashail, Shirajdikhan, Munshiganj on around 1200 Decimal of land. The implementation of the project will help protecting environment pollution since it will have eco-friendly brick-burning kiln and will also make significant contribution to GDP and create healthy and safe employment opportunity for 183 persons of different categories. The rated production capacity of the project would be 120000 pcs different size and types of ceramic bricks per day. Tunnel Dryer & Tunnel Kiln technology will be used for brick manufacturing which is most modern, energy efficient and environment friendly. The Machinery and Technology of the project will be supplied & installed by M/s. CECEP ORIENTAL SHUANGYASHAN BUILDING MATERIALS EQUIPMENT CO., LTD (SYS), a famous company of China and one of the best brick making technology and machinery suppliers in Asian region. Total Cost of the project has been estimated to 8 million $, 30% of which will be financed by the Sponsors Equity and the rest 70% by the Bank Finance.Output of the project would be different types sizes of Ceramic Bricks such as hollow bricks & block, solid bricks, ornamental bricks, paving tiles, facing bricks, roofing tiles, various cladding tiles and different color products. The project location is famous for brick manufacturing & well-connected by Road & River way.
