Hexano is a contract manufacturer of microfluidic cartridges. We specialize in scalable multi-layer assembly of cartridges in our ISO certified clean room facilities. Our manufacturing method combines materials such as plastic, glass, PSA and PDMS. This allows for rapid design changes without expensive retooling.
Some of our other offerings include:
- Commercial volume production of PDMS chips
- Proprietary glass chip bonding that is cost efficient since it doesn't rely on semi-conductor equipment
