Hexcell Electronics, founded in 2003, was established as an R&D, production, and sales High-tech entity dedicating itself to smart prepaid sts single-phase/three-phase energy meter, smart sts water meter, and relevant AMR/AMI system development. With our joint efforts, Hexcell has rapidly developed and successfully supplied its meter products to customers both in China and overseas in the past years. Hexcell boasts more than 200 staff, in which 60% are R&D engineers. 80% of the engineers have rich experiences in metering and system R&D for many years. Based on the ERP management platform and the perfect quality management system, Hexcell was awarded Shenzhen High-tech enterprise certificate in 2008 and awarded national high-tech enterprise certification in 2011.
