Hey Ingrid is a Melbourne based startup that make all-natural soups, stews, teas and spices for mums in postpartum. Inspired by the Eastern practice of postpartum confinement, we put together a kit of healthy foods that give mums their much needed TLC. In short, we are your fully-stocked postpartum pantry. In fact we want to empower all mothers.
