Our goal is to provide every user with the blend of therapeutic methodologies that's right for them and the situation (e.g. CBT, ACT, transactional analysis, psychoanalysis, mindfulness-based approaches, etc.). One of IRO's key features is to synthesize insights and patterns it sees in the user's narrative, and make them available for deep dives at later points in time.
