Die HF Debt GmbH mit Sitz in Hannover ist der exklusive Berater des HF Private Debt Fonds, SCSp sowie des HF Private Debt Fonds II SCSp. Die Fonds sind auf die Bereitstellung von Private-Debt Finanzierungen im Mittelstand spezialisiert. HF Private Debt ermöglicht vor allem auch kleineren Unternehmen mit Finanzierungsbedarfen von 4 bis 15 Millionen Euro Zugang zum Markt für Private-Debt-Finanzierungen. Mit klarem Fokus auf die DACH Region investiert HF Private Debt in Firmen mit mehrjähriger Historie im Fall von Wachstumsfinanzierungen, Nachfolgelösungen sowie Buy-Outs durch Private Equity Investoren. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmen mit einem EBITDA ab 2 Millionen Euro ohne spezifischen Branchenfokus. Aktuell wird Kapital aus dem HF Private Debt Fonds II SCSp investiert, welcher im November 2021 das erste Closing bei einem Volumen von rund €120m hatte. Zusammen mit dem HF Private Debt Fonds, SCSp werden derzeit rund €230m AuM verwaltet. _____________________________________________ Launched in 2018 and based in Hanover, HF Debt GmbH is the exclusive advisor of HF Private Debt Fonds, SCSp and HF Private Debt Fonds II SCSp. Both funds are providing private debt financing to small and medium-sized companies. HF Private Debt invests in companies with an EBITDA of EUR 2 million or more and financing requirements of EUR 4m to 15m. With a clear focus on the German-speaking area (DACH), HF Private Debt invests in well established companies with a proven business model. Typical financing venues are growth financing, corporate successions and private equity backed buyouts. Currently, capital is invested via HF Private Debt Fund II SCSp which held a first close in November 2021 at a volume of ca. €120m. Together with HF Private Debt Fund, SCSp, AuM amount to ca. €230m.
