At Habitat for Humanity, we believe everyone deserves a safe and decent place to live.
Covering all communities within Hastings and Prince Edward Counties in Eastern Ontario, we are driven to help people achieve the dream of homeownership, by providing them with a hand up, enabling them to own a home that will look after them for the rest of their lives.
Our singular goal is the elimination of poverty housing within the communities we serve, while recognizing that there first needs to be housing for all (in one form or another) before we can achieve that goal.
Working with other social services and other agencies throughout the region, Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward Hastings is working hard to become a solutions provider for the current housing crisis facing many families in our service area.
Our ReStore retail operations help fund our efforts, and provide our customers with quality home renovation & repair products as well as gently used furniture and appliances at discounted prices.
