Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College is a leading institute in Bangladesh for healthcare delivery, medical education and training. There is a Dental Unit and a Nursing Training School attached to the hospital. It is located at 1, Eskaton Garden Road, Bara Maghbazar, Dhaka. It was renamed Holy Family Red Cross Hospital in 1971. It was again renamed Holy Family Red Crescent Hospital in 1984. Finally, in the year 2000, it was named Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital (HFRCMCH). This institute is recognized by the regulatory body of the country- Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), affiliated with the University of Dhaka, approved by the Government of Bangladesh, listed in the database of AVICENNA (Former WHO medical directory) & FAIMER International Medical Education Directory-IMED.
