本校致力為孩子提供完善又愉快的學習環境，引導他們認識基督真理及熱愛中國文化；建立 孩子正面的人生觀和良好品格；發掘潛能及提昇個人溝通、創造、協作及解難的能力。 我們承諾給孩子不一樣的學習經歷。本校自2016年開始與教育大同合作，在二至四年級學生的下午課節開展「感·創·做」Learning by Doing 體驗式學習計劃，把課堂還給孩子，透過一 起動手學的過程，在生活化的場境整合及應用知識，並培養孩子的共通能力。本校亦於2018年起引入Dream Starter「啟夢者計劃」，透過一個體驗式的尋夢之旅，培養五六年級學生的創新思維，提升個人自信，並學習企業家精神，相信自己有能力解決問題，貢獻社會，迎接未來的挑戰。啟夢者計劃強調透過不同的體驗、探訪和關懷活動，培養孩子的同理心。我們積極推動的體驗式學習，更獲UNESCO 「Happy Schools! Project」評選為「The Most Outstanding Happy School Activities」。 為發展孩子的「兩文三語」及增強他們的溝通及聽講能力，裝備他們走向國際，本校以普通話教授中文，並採用由英國引入的RWI(Read Write Inc.）拼音教材〈加強學生學習元音、拼讀及英語朗讀的技巧）。數學科強調活學活用，培養學生的數字感、空間感及度量感，並透過螺旋式學習法，從已有概念中建構新知識，提昇終身學習能力。常識科重視科技應用，並把數理概念融入科技學習內。 本校重視學生身、心、靈健康發展，與駐校教會恩樂堂成立了「基督少年軍第348分隊」，透過基督教教育、步操及生活技能訓練，培育學生的愛心與關懷、道德及誠信、勇於承擔等良好品格。
