Health and Healing, Research, Education and Services’ (HHRES) is a non-profit organization with the mission is to conduct research, educate and provide services to optimize health and healing. The research will focus on the contribution of factors, including diet, lifestyle, and the environment, on the maintenance of optimal health, prevention of diseases, and optimizing healing from ill-health. We also aim to conduct research on complementary, alternative, and integrative medicine to identify those that promote healing that is safe, effective, and relatively low-cost. Information based on our research findings, as well as other evidenced-based findings, will be made available to the public through various avenues, including via our website, and other educational programs. Using current evidenced-based data, we aim to provide consulting and other services to guide individuals and populations towards improved quality of life, health promotion, and through their healing journey back to optimal health.
