About HIBRO research
HIBRO develops cutting edge research in predictive microbiology, molecular microbiology, predictive software and food safety and quality at the University of Córdoba. The research group has an unique Level 2 & 3 biosafety laboratory for experiments with pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms. HIBRO research also leans on computational tool to develop in-silico models and software tool for food safety.
