Welcome to the HICA Group, a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation that specialises in care and support solutions for older people and people with a learning disability.
Our services are provided within an established portfolio of 20 residential care homes, 15 of which are for older people and 5 of which are for people with a learning difficulty. We also have a well established domiciliary care service providing over 11,500 hours of varied levels of support and care from 4 regional offices.
Alongside this we also provide care and support in 5 extra care housing schemes in partnership with social landlords and local authorities.
We also operate two housing based schemes, a 145 unit Retirement Village in East Yorkshire and a 218 unit care village in Chorley, Lancashire.
The Lancashire care village comprises of a 84 bed specialist dementia unit, and two 78 bed communities, one offering assisted living in an extra care environment and the other being an independent living scheme offering apartments for sale.
Our head office is based in Hull, however the extent of our service provision covers a large part of the North of England, and we have a presence in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Humberside and Lincolnshire.
