HICCER - Hariterde International Council of Circular Economy Research

HICCER - Hariterde International Council of Circular Economy Research is the first research and development institute dedicated to fostering and promoting a nexus approach for building circular, sustainable, and resilient critical infrastructure sectors through advocacy, consultancy, education, and research. HICCER is a registered (CIN/LLPIN/FCRN: U73100KL2022NPL075087) non-govt non-profit organization (NPO) co-founded by two young transdisciplinary energy and sustainability engineers in the Kerala State of India. The overarching goal of HICCER is to provide circular economy-centric advocacy, consultancy, education, and research services driven by circular business models to better understand circularity in line with sustainability and resiliency and to support capacity building locally and globally in 16 critical infrastructure sectors. HICCER has 7 academic centers (5 based on circular economy business models and 2 based on skills and digital transformation of circular economy) and 9 actionable sections.
