The Housing Investment Consulting Engineers in one of the affiliates of Housing Investment Company and has got expanded activities throughout the country on designing, supervision of civil projects managing, structures, mechanical and electrical equipments. This company, contemporary to the foundation of Housing Investment Company in 1980, began its work as the technical assistant of the Housing Investment Company and after 2006, following the affiliate changes, developed its professional activities with new structure in respond to the new missions and strategies under the title of Housing Investment Consulting Engineers. By holding the first grade certification of consulting services and being a member of Tehran Construction Engineering Organization and with 28 years of experience, Housing Investment Consulting Engineers has undertaken designing, supervision and also managing of more than 61000 resident units and commercial, nonadministrative and educational projects in about 458000 square meters. The company is now one of the leading companies in industrial construction by tunnel figure way and by active attendance at Mehr National Housing Plan, has designed 6000 resident units of Mehr Housing of Pardis new town and 3600 resident units of Mehr Housing of Razi new town in Kermanshah and was responsible for the designing of 2000 resident units of Mehr housing of Naft Ahwaz and 1200 resident units of Mehr Housing of Poonak in Zanjan.
