The center functions as a dynamic investment entity, capable of connecting suitable companies with diverse sources of funding, thereby increasing their growth potential and enabling them to progress to the next stage. Today, HiCenter plays a central role in accelerating Haifa’s tech entrepreneurial ecosystem, leveraging synergies among municipal stakeholders and the city’s key anchors.
Over the past four years, funded by the Haifa Economic Corporation, HiCenter has transformed its operating model to provide direct support to companies through grants, fundraising assistance, team-building, financial modeling, and connections with international partners. This model has proven highly effective, with 87 companies participating in HiCenter’s acceleration and growth programs, over 600 million ILS raised for these companies, and 900 registered investors in HiCenter’s investor network.
