Founded in 2017, Hidden Squirrel Consulting is a boutique human capital consulting firm. Our name relates to the recruiting idiom "Purple Squirrel", a term often used by recruiters to describe the perfect candidate. Hidden Squirrel Consulting has two streams of practice: career coaching and executive recruitment. Our career coaching practice works with candidates to streamline their personal branding, transforming them from hidden squirrels into purple squirrels. We offer one-on-one coaching as well as group webinars. The executive recruitment practice works on a third-party basis to provide retained executive search firms with research, candidate development, and knowledge management services. Hidden Squirrel Consulting recruits Director, VP- and C-level talent on behalf of larger Canadian and multi-national search firms.
