We are developing a new version of whole grains products to boost the absorption of minerals like iron and zinc. A mineral shift for a richer plant-based diet & sustainable planet. Whole grains store everything needed to create a new plant. This makes them an excellent source of most of the minerals we need in our diet. But these minerals are locked by anti-nutrients and our body can not access them effectively. By combining tradition, research and modern techniques, Hidden in Grains uses water, time and temperature to liberate the full nutritional potential of whole grains. We call this enriched by nature. Hidden in Grains works to bring back the use of traditional Swedish varieties that adapt better to unexpected weather patterns than modern varieties. This helps to make farmers more resilient to climate change.
