Founded in 1956 in İnebolu, the company initially started its operations with log cutting and timber manufacturing. Over time, in response to growing demand, it expanded its capacity and began selling its products not only within the country but also in international markets. During the 1970s, the company exported to countries like Libya, Egypt, and Iran, entering the global market. In 1979, the company began its institutionalization process. It doubled its capacity and opened its first factory retail store in 1985. In 1987, it started directly reaching consumers by offering its products in a 1500m² enclosed space in Istanbul Aksaray. In 1997, the company opened its second branch in the ikitelli timber merchants' site. From this year onwards, it integrated a 1600 m² custom-cutting wood sizing production line and impregnation facilities. Starting from 2000, within a 3000m² enclosed area, the company adopted the principle of providing customers with the highest quality forest products, as well as services such as treatment, sizing, roof insulation, thermal insulation, painting, and varnish varieties, all at the most competitive prices, at the ikitelli timber merchants' site. Prioritizing human health, the company treats its products with Tenelit-E, a new generation of impregnation that complies with European and global standards. This treatment makes the products resistant to vacuum, pressurized fungus, insect attacks, and thermal threats. It preserves their color, is odorless, environmentally sensitive, and durable, all while being wood-friendly. Consequently, the company eliminates maintenance concerns and provides high-performance impregnated wood that is both fire and earthquake resistant. Moreover, the company satisfies all market-specific orders by also importing concrete plywood from the Far East.
