Plans are underway to secure organic certification for Treaty Oak, positioning it to become the largest certified organic distillery in Texas. Our debut product, Ghost Hill Organic Vodka, will launch in early 2025, marking the collective’s first entry into the growing premium organic spirits market. This launch taps into a consumer trend toward consciously produced beverages, with the market projected to reach $138 billion by 2028.
