High Compliance was established in January 2018. Gareth Cook set the business up after a discussion with his brother, who was the Chief UAS/ drone pilot in the British Army at the time. Realising he could blend his health and safety skill set and risk management background with drone technology and take a business model to market to help break the plateau industry was facing with regards to health and safety. Essentially, improvement in health and safety has been flat for a long period of time and technology and innovation will be required to break the plateau (thesis statement).
