High End Infrared is an independent infrared thermography inspection company that provides Electrical, Mechanical and Water intrusion inspection services for Industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.
The thermography Surveys will be performed by a Level II Certified Electrical & Mechanical Thermographer using a high resolution thermal imager.
All electrical and mechanical equipment radiates heat which creates a heat signature or thermal pattern. Infrared thermographic surveys help to detect areas of abnormal temperature, diagnose problem areas, and determine their impact and severity in electrical systems and mechanical equipment. And, under specific conditions, Infrared Imaging can also track the source of water intrusion and leakage.
Its use has proven to be so effective as a preventive tool, that infrared thermography inspections have been included as part of the Miami-Dade County Forty -year Building structural and electrical Recertification Guidelines.
