High Road Management Training was founded out of necessity for the development of middle and upper managers. Over the past few years, managers' jobs have changed. They are expected to do more and get creative with resources. In this “do more with less” economy, most companies shifted focus on development of their front-line staff and executive management. We are seeing a lack of development in the middle managers or those on the upward track. Companies cite lack of manpower or high costs due to turnover of these positions. Consequently, most often this turnover happens because of the lack of training. There is a gap of knowledge in both soft skills and technical skills that we aim to fill. Our programs are set up to be simple and actionable in a way that allows for growth at your own pace.
