We make house calls! We are pleased to offer the full benefit of rehabilitation therapy via our mobile outpatient therapy service and telehealth in the comfort & safety of your home. If you live in your own home, with friends or family, in a senior community or assisted living, you qualify for our mobile outpatient therapy services.
PROACTIVE INTERVENTION
We focus on proactive intervention that interrupts functional decline and deconditioning before serious health problems can cause long-term harm, hospitalization and loss of independence. In this era of life-saving medical advances, it is wise to consider that an older person might be medically well, yet functionally sick. We catch issues that others miss and work with the client's doctor on a plan of care that restores that person to their highest potential.
