London Rental Standard (LRS) We are proud to be members of The London Rental Standard which is the Mayor of London’s campaign to improve private renting and promote good standards. LRS is instantly recognisable across London as a mark for quality. My Deposits We are proud members of My Deposit protection scheme. This is a government backed scheme to ensure letting agents protect their tenants’ deposits, so you can enjoy peace of mind. The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme This scheme is a partnership of London boroughs; landlord organisations and educational organisations aims to recognise good practice and improve conditions in the private rented sector. LLAS is the biggest and most established scheme of its kind operating throughout London and in many parts of the UK. The Property Ombudsman (TPO) This is a government approved scheme providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service since 1990. The Ombudsman considers complaints on a case by case basis and provides redress where appropriate.
