A far cry from the fierce fight club many people envision Jiu Jitsu to be, it is actually a very non-threatening and safe environment, where the focus is on movement, and gradually learning the self-defence techniques of Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
New students often comment that they felt nervous coming into class for the first time, however quickly realised that the gradual progression from warmup through to learning the techniques of the day, was very easy and organic.
