Highland Grain Limited is a farmers' co-operative which operates in an area stretching from Golspie in Sutherland, to Kinloss in Morayshire. We have 75 members who, collectively, own Highland Grain Limited.
We specialise in drying, conditioning, storing and adding value to the arable products of our members, with a particular focus on malting barley destined for the Scottish Whisky Industry.
All Highland Grain members are assured through Scottish Quality Cereals or Red Tractor Assurance schemes, giving complete traceability of the product and the assurance that it was produced under rigorous guidelines developed to safeguard the environment and to guarantee husbandry and storage aspects on farm.
