Highline Rope Access was established in 2014 with a goal of providing property and facility managers with a customer focused rope access service with an engineering quality. We have a strong and growing team able to respond quickly to work requests and provide lasting, cost effective solutions. We offer a range of asset maintenance services: • Abrasive blasting/ Protective coatings of metal surfaces • Protective coatings application • LEP application • Damper tank repair and calibration • Composite repairs • Service assistance • Welding and custom fabrication/ installation • Corrosion control in reinforced concrete • Concrete repair (SIKA approved applicator) • Epoxy crack injection (ARDEX Approved applicator) • Glazing repair and window frame repair • Construction joint installations and replacement (SIKA approved applicator) • Strengthening of unreinforced masonry facades • Façade decorative painting and protective coating • Qualified asbestos B removal • Liquid membrane, butynol membranes, torch on membranes, TPO, sealant and flashing installation, maintenance, and patch repair • Industrial cleaning • Providing bespoke technical solutions Our in-house engineers provide a range technical structural inspection reports, including: • Concrete scanning and rebar location/ coverage inspection • NACE qualified protective coatings inspection • Structural photogrammetry • NZTA certified bridge inspectors • Asbestos sampling • Weathertightness investigation • ACA qualified concrete inspection (carbonation testing, tap testing, visual inspection and tap test inspection) Our Health and Safety management systems have been audited by Impac Prequal and our safety officer ensures that our systems are being followed and constantly improved. All Highline rope access technicians hold current IRATA qualifications (Industrial Rope Access Training Association) and all work is led by experienced IRATA level 3 supervisors with an engineering background.
