With 25+yrs of business expertise, Dayve has developed strong leadership skills and a passion for problem-solving and process development. Having worked in both nonprofit and corporate environments, she has experience in human resources, finance, marketing communications and executive leadership giving her a unique, 360-degree business perspective. Start-ups and small businesses are her passion. Entrepreneurial environments offer innovative solutions, a fast-paced atmosphere, lack of bureaucracy, and rapid process improvements. But that's only part of the story! Dayve is a performer. The stage is home; singing is her first love. She is a world-class a cappella artist, a member of the 2015 International Champion Quartet, Bling!, and a highly sought out coach for ensembles across the US. Her spirited and positive approach uses inspiration, humor and imagination helping her clients achieve excellence technically and artistically.
