Highper Law Firm was established in May, 1998 in Jiangsu and moved to Shanghai at the beginning of 2005. The Firm formed by a group of talented attorneys which graduated from the outstanding universities of China and overseas. There are many lawyers have the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the Certified Tax Agents (CTA) intelligence at the same time. The Firm is one of the 59 law firms which are approved by the Ministry of Justice and China Securities Regulatory Commission to provide services for the foreign companies whose business related to the benefits in China. The Firm persists to serve the large state-owned and private enterprise and groups, listed companies and foreign investment enterprises all the time. The Firm is mainly focusing on non-litigation businesses, and basically covering all legal services in China.
