Hike + Heal

This is a women’s only hiking hive offering grounding experiences to increase overall physical, mental and spiritual wellness. This group was created to build a community of women who want to prioritize their self-care in nature. Our healing hikes are a wonderful opportunity for women to make, renew, and revitalize their commitment to live healthier lives through better health and fitness. We are an inviting group of women looking to meet other likeminded women. This group was formed to create a safe space for women to share their stories while fostering a strong sense of community. Our hikes open to all fitness levels.
