“Hikers Friendly” is a certification awarded to hotels that specialise in providing tailored services and facilities to hiking tourists. It has been developed by the Social Co-operative Paths of Greece in collaboration with Green Evolution.
Our mission is to provide hotel owners with the knowledge needed to provide a unique, tailored and unforgettable experience for the modern day hiker.
Our tiered certification structure allows hotels to join at any level, giving owners the opportunity to evolve over time. “Hikers’ Friendly” is currently only available for hotel owners but it will be available very soon for other business types.
Το «Hikers Friendly» είναι ένα πρότυπο που πιστοποιεί υπηρεσίες σχετικές με την πεζοπορία. Προς το παρόν είναι διαθέσιμο μόνο για καταλύματα, αλλά σύντομα θα ενεργοποιηθεί και σε άλλους τομείς. Δημιουργήθηκε από την Κοινωνική Συνεταιριστική Επιχείρηση Paths of Greece, σε συνεργασία με την Green Evolution.
Στόχος του Προτύπου είναι να ενισχυθεί η εμπειρία του πεζοπόρου, μέσω της αναβάθμισης των υπηρεσιών που του παρέχονται σε έναν τόπο.
Οι επιχειρήσεις που θέλουν να επωφεληθούν αλλά και να προσφέρουν ποιοτικές υπηρεσίες για πεζοπόρους, μπορούν μέσω του Hikers Friendly να εξελιχθούν και να γίνουν ελκυστικότερες, εκμεταλλευόμενες τα νέα δεδομένα της κοινωνίας, του περιβάλλοντος και της οικονομίας.
