Hilbre Homes is a new build home company, which is a joint venture between Magenta Living and Starfish Commercial Limited. The aim of Hilbre Homes is to build sustainable homes for sale, market rent and affordable tenures to generate surpluses where a minimum of 60p in every £1 is charitably invested back into communities to enhance its economic, environmental and social well-being. With 13,000 homes Magenta Living are the largest charitable registered provider in the Wirral. Magenta Living are also a significant contributor to the sub region with 500 staff and at least £200m invested into its existing homes. Starfish Commercial Limited are a high quality multi tenure house builder and community regeneration company who are committed to delivering its mission of creating better business, homes and communities. With its strong central management team we work with our local staff, subcontractors and suppliers to build high quality homes whilst delivering wider sustainable objectives.
