HIldreth Mfg., LLC is a supplier of premium quality Beryllium copper plunger tips for the die casting industry. In addition, we are suppliers of custom beryllium copper castings and precision CNC machining. We are now also featuring a new product line including "jet cooling technology" to assist the industry by minimizing shrink porosity in castings where varying cross sections have typically lead to non-uniform cooling, thus creating shrink porosity. This is improved quality is achieved through utilizing jet coolers and jet cooled core pins. We will be utilizing our LinkedIn page to publish updates of technological advances in equipment that is being offered for the purpose of improved casting quality to the die cast industry. In addition, this page will be used to submit case studies of featured castings showing reduced shrink porosity as a result of utilizing this new technology.
